How much can I learn c++ and after java with my knowledge?
Hello, I'm a html css js layout designer (js + jquery basics at a good level) I want to start a programmer career, I think to start with the c++ language and after it immediately java in order to do everything that is done there for different mobile devices.
1) right now I seem to be completely losing my job and I think I can spend 2-3 years for 4-5 hours (or maybe more) to devote time to studying programming, how long will I learn C ++ to the level that I can be hired with ++ or could I already move on to learning java ?
2) without English and higher education, they won’t put them in a normal position of 50-100k rubles a month?
Thank you!

I still don't understand why the hell you should learn C++ if you are going to work as a Java programmer.
Why not immediately java?
English is needed, otherwise nothing.
A normal position is mid, not junior, so by the time you can get a job, you will understand the layouts yourself.
ps With due diligence, you can become a junior in six months, and apply for a senior in 2-3 years, if you manage to immediately get a job with a good load.
Man, don't force your brain, learn Java. In C ++ on mobile phones, only NDK is being made, and it will not be soon before it. Rather, then first Java SE, the basics, then Android SDK + Java SE in parallel to the subtleties. And if absolutely necessary - C ++ and Android NDK.
