How many resources does the ts3 server use?

Hello, I was asked to install a TeamSpeak 3 server, but I only superficially understand what it is and how it is) In general, I'm interested in the question, what should be the hardware configuration for stable operation? From what I understand it depends on the internet. Who had the practice, please answer in this format:
100 people. = 512 MB RAM, 1 CPU
300 people = 1.5 GB RAM, 3 CPUs

works for 500 people for years, eats traffic, eats almost no resources.
all "heavy" calculations (encoding/decoding) take place on the client side.
