Bydlokodu in Python, while studying it in parallel. There are friends who plan to acquire online stores (in order to abstract from Vkontakte groups), as part of my training project, I want to create them based on flask / mongodb and ready-made html templates. How many sites of this kind can be placed on a VPS with 1 gig of RAM, is this enough for ~ 10 sites?

It depends on how you make the project, because with Flask you can code anything at all.
Plus it all depends on attendance.
I will also say that I would not start sawing an online store from scratch if there is no serious need for it.
Especially using Flask and mongodb.
