How long has your ad been reviewed by AdMob?

I've been waiting for the fourth day. 2 ads for Android devices, targeting the Russian Internet.
When adding, it was written "You will receive a response within 24 hours."
I want to know from you about the real terms.
PS It's amazing that with such a long check, they somehow manage to skip a bunch of scams like "Your Skype is out of date" and the like.
