How long does the Google Pay review process take?

There is an Android application, they made integration with Google Pay for payment.
We sent the integration for review (this is where you upload screenshots of the application / payment) - and even no answer, no hello.

Tell me from experience - how long does it last?

From a few hours to a week. You can start worrying in five days. If after a week there is no result, then the application was rejected.
Most often, the result is already after 3-6 hours. Less often - up to three working days.
