How long does it take to make a website with Bootstrap?

Such a thing - I wanted to create a site on Bootstrap.
Previously, I dealt only with wordpress, well, I understand a bit of html, css.
Share who spends how much time creating on Bootstrap?
This means a catalog of goods for 20-30 pages, such a simple site - a photo, a description of the characteristics, without any payments.
I just think how difficult it is to start studying it and creating it in terms of time duration is worth it or not.
PS Yes, maybe someone else will advise something else easier or Bootstrap is the easiest framework?

you will do it for 2 months. and there is a chance that you won’t do it at all;
an experienced person will do it in a week (layout + stretching on CMS)

20-30 pages says nothing, it all depends on the content, for example, I do 20 pages on Bootstrap in about 10 days (+/-), for a person who does not know the framework for at least a month, or even more.
