How long does it take to learn vue.js? Are there any serious disadvantages of this framework?

In a day, if you know JS, DOM and generally understand what you are doing when you write code, otherwise you need to, in order:
1) Learn to understand what you are doing when you write code.
2) Learn JS.
3) Same story with DOM.
4) And now it will take you no more than a day to master Vue.
