Yes, there are many factors. They earn the most on commercial topics, portals, large projects. Of course, there are blogs too, which I earn as much, or even more, but there are not very many of them in Russia.
You can promote a site from 3 months to 2 or even 3 years with your content, and then IF you do everything right, you will have a new idea and 100,500 more factors. In general, for a regular content site, not earlier than a year (excl. available
) networks, YouTube, using other sites. You can create a digital product of some kind for free. but you can get it for a subscription only. There are many options. To succeed in this business, you need to experiment.

I would say two years.
To earn 70k from the site, you need to have a very decent target visitor. And for this you need to first very much interest your audience.

I’ll say it openly that in order to make money on your site, you need to personally know the topic and write interesting articles yourself, because it’s expensive to hire, and stupid rewriting / copyright will no longer work. If there really is interesting content, then realistically in six months. But at the same time, it will be necessary to work hard, oh, oh, oh. But as mentioned above, a lot of factors affect this: competition, subject matter, type of site, your current knowledge and experience, etc.
