How long does it take to boot linux on ryzen 3 platform?

I would like to know from users, how long does it take to load linux (ubuntu, mint, etc.) on the ryzen 3 platform, 8GB of RAM, ssd? Well, or on a similar assembly, for example, ryzen 5? How much more comfortable to work compared to the old athlon, phenom,fx? Performance in games is not of interest, only heavy text editors, android studio, ide.

And even more so - what does the processor have to do with it? Loading heavy programs, especially in Java, is a waste of time, a processor is not required for them at all.
Actually, I just recently changed Phenom II to Ryzen 3. The platform is newer, the memory is faster, but the SSD and HDD are the same - there was no difference at startup that the system that the IDE did not notice.

Here a lot will depend on you, on the SSD. On my i5-8250U with Debian 10 + SSD 860 EVO + KDE, the OS starts in ~11-10 seconds, according to systemd-analyze .
Next to it is Debian 9 (Debootstrap). Starts in 9 seconds. If you turn off the loading screen, it will load faster. If you disable unnecessary systemd units, it will load faster. If you don’t drag trash into the OS, it will load even faster.
ubuntu mint
These two will load slower than the same Debian. A lot also depends on DE/WM.
UPD.: it's strange that no one else has advised Gentoo
