How long does a laptop last on average?

The first asus lasted 4 years before a serious breakdown. The northbridge is out of order. The repair cost is 50% of the cost of the laptop itself. Decided not to fix it.
The second HP has been pulling since 2012, the north bridge also failed in 2016. These models have both the north bridge and the video card in one case and without a temperature sensor. Now the repair is somewhere from 4 to 8 thousand. And then you need to wait for a donor. Of course, you can give the video card balls to warm up, but this will not be enough for a long time.
There are popular laptop models on aliexpress with version 10 in Russian. Of course without a guarantee, but the price is captivating. If anyone knows what kind of laptops they are, please tell me the models.
I took DELL to my wife in DNS, but I didn’t like it. New, but it loads slowly and the performance is also very low.

Flagship models can work for 10 years, budget models often fail even during the warranty period. Unfortunately, they have not yet learned how to do it cheaply and efficiently, so a good laptop is expensive anyway. Today, I would say that a workable laptop (8+ GB RAM, SSD, normal processor, FullHD screen) starts from 70-80 thousand rubles, and you should look at well-known brands - HP, Dell, a little cheaper Acer and Asus. More or less decent also from the Microsoft Surface series. I wrote about Lenovo above in the comments, in my practice there are a lot of complaints about them, I can’t recommend them to anyone.
