How long can a test task be checked?

Hello! When applying for a java junior position, they were asked to complete a test task. I sent it within the specified time. It's been five days and I still haven't received a response. Is it still worth waiting or is it better to write to them again?

They can think for two weeks. This also cannot be ruled out. Or they can call and after half a year saying that your task has been considered, your offer is ready.

You need to write, but your test task may have already been checked, they are just waiting for answers from other candidates. If there are a lot of people in the place, then you need to wait.
