How is this 3D tour made? What sources were used?

Hello guys, the essence of the question is simple:
How was this tour of the apartment made (link and screenshots below) I understand that with the help of kenvas
But I don’t understand what sources were used?
1) 3D program in which? Have 10 pores been rendered?
Or is it obtained by exporting and further setting up the scene in some kind of game engine?
2) maybe there are some plugins?
Guys, what are your thoughts? I will be very grateful for any information ... Link to the

I don’t have a link - I don’t see an example,
but I somehow saw (if I understood correctly) a 3D tour of the city right now, every smartphone has the Panorama
option , so on js they glue these panoramas and, when the mouse event occurs, they make a certain overview from all sides and the more realistic the more panoramas are used

Firework.
1. I can't say with certainty in which program the panorama was assembled in your example, I used 3Ds Max.
2. A scene with an interior is being assembled or opened, in the place you need, set the camera with render settings of 360 degrees and with proportions of 2:1 (the width should be twice the height).
3. After you get the panorama picture you need, send it to the Pano2VR program and there you already collect your panorama in the format you need.
