How is the content of blocks on facebook implemented?

On facebook and on some other sites and applications, the thing shown in the screenshot below has been implemented for some time.
Can you tell me by what means this is done? Judging by the fact that where it is, it looks the same, does some kind of library exist? Or is it all facebook's React?
