How is screen sharing done with other users?

Soon I plan to start a project for "video meetings", something like Mail.ru Video Calls or Google Meet.

Recently I used the Mail.ru Video Calls service - there is a very convenient "Screen Sharing" function - moreover, it is possible from the browser, without installing anything, to show any screen from the computer (other windows, not just browser tabs).

Since I am an amateur in this direction, I just took up training, the question arose - How is this type of functionality created? (screen demonstration).
