How is content loaded without AJAX and WebSocket?

On this site https://eda.yandex.ru/ restaurants are loaded in a way unknown to me. I scroll down, but in the Network tab I can’t find requests either in XHR or in WS. How is it implemented?

Restaurants are in the layout request, the usual XHR
