How is backend implemented on .NET MVC?

Hello.
I am writing a courseworker at the university. The theme was chosen by the creation of a music application with the ability to listen to music, add a new one, update the current one ( CRUDessentially).
For the backend, they gave me .NET MVC, but for the database and the front, I chose MSSQL, JS ,Bootstrap ...
the Front-end part (layout) for myself and the database is ready for me, it remains to implement the back.
This is where I stopped hard, I never wrote .NET,what to do there, how to get through to the database (I googled the Entity Framework), how to receive and send requests to the front. In general, blockage
Please tell me some tutorials or articles for a general understanding (the concept of MVC is clear).
PS Books are not desirable because there is not much time left, I just physically do not have time to read.
