How is a video indexed in an iframe, and how can I ask the search engine not to index it?

Hello, I'm embedding a video from classmates on the site through an iframe:

<iframe width="560" height="315" src="//ok.ru/videoembed/90820512282" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>

questions: is the video indexed on classmates in this case? Does it get link weight from the site? How to close indexing? What is the right way to deal with embedded videos from YouTube, from other hosts, so that there is maximum benefit for your site in terms of seo?

@Sanasol

you will not get any SEO benefits from someone else's video in an iframe.
No cons either.
