How is a Computer Scientist different from the rest?

There are a lot of terms on the Internet, etc. but there is no detailed description.
What is the difference between a Computer Scientist and a programmer and how is it different from a Software Engineer and who is a Software Devoloper?
How do they differ from each other?
Why did they come up with so many names for almost the same professions? Or I'm wrong?

Computer Scientist is a scientist, as the name suggests. Theorist in the field of computer science. Moreover, it is not a fact that anyone who knows how to program well and is able to cope with some mundane task, such as developing CRM. And Software Engineer and Software Devoloper are conditional definitions of a developer, meaning different things in each company, and sometimes they are completely indistinguishable.
Ha! Yes, there are dozens, if not hundreds. Each project in each company is divided into convenient areas of responsibility, and positions are invented for employees capable of performing work in these areas to distinguish one from the other. To this are added gradations according to the level of professionalism, positions in the team and clarifications on additional responsibilities. Some of these positions take root in other companies, and then become widespread.

Computer Science is very different from Software Engineering (Developing). The first refers to the computer, and computer technology in general (as the name suggests, as it were) and has a strong bias towards mathematics, while the Software Engineer is engaged in the design and development of programs. And the difference between Engineer and Developer is very illusory, and one can often be considered interchangeable with the other, although Engineer may be a little higher.
P.S. Google Translate translates Software Engineer as "programmer" and Software Devoloper as "software developer".
