How is a 3d model of a house with an interior created?
Good day. I'm quite new to 3d, so don't scold too much if the question seems obvious. How is a model of a house with an interior created? What program is it modeled in? (Which is better for interior and room modeling? Blender or 3D Max?) In what program is it textured? In general, from the idea to import into the engine.

Personally, I chose Blender because of the ease of modeling and convenient, thoughtful interface and other things. If you are new to 3D, I would still recommend starting with Blender. I asked myself this question before, after reading a bunch of different opinions of experienced 3D people and their flattering reviews about Blender (especially the updated version of this year), I decided to start with it.
If you take a short video course on YouTube by the same Artyom Slakva , then after the course you will be able to model not only the interior and exterior.
The Unreal Engine developers sponsor the Blender Developers Fund, in my opinion the integration with this engine is good (but you better google it).
How is a model of a house with an interior created?
1. Medieval low poly house in Blender
2.CREATING A 3D MODEL OF A FLOOR PLAN WITH AN ARCHITECTURAL VIEW...
Until what import? To what engine?
The architect works the most with 3dmax. A bunch of ready-made sets for her. If the project is real, then all interior/exterior details will be just as real. Chairs, sofas, street lights - all this should be a copy of what you can buy. It is clear that if this is a visa only for the architecture of a house without an adjacent territory, then all decals can be any.
