How in Yii 2.0 to get the version of the browser in which the application is launched?

I need to make support for IE 6,7,8 in order to include jQuery Asset (I have two of them, for 1.x and for 2.x). If the browser is not IE or IE > 8, then you can use 2.x, if it's less, we connect 1.x.
How can this be implemented in Yii 2.0?

What does Yii have to do with it? There are air conditioning tags like: <!--[if lt IE 8]>Which are just for such cases
