Sublime Text

How in sublime text to make it so that a tooltip is automatically issued with the names of all image files?

Installed the AutoFileName plugin for the above editor. It works, for example, when writing an img tag in html, i.e. automatically offers image files that are stored in the folder with the site.
But there is no such hint when working with a CSS file. That is, for example, when you set the background-image property for some element - in this case, a hint with a list of files no longer pops up.
Does anyone know if it's just that the plugin doesn't work properly for me, or does the plugin only work for tags like img?
After all, in fact, image names often have to work in CSS than HTMl.
