How in sublime text 3 to make it so that when clicking on text that is to the left of a long line, the image does not move closer to the left side of the document?

here is my long line

and so I clicked in a random place, but not on this line

No way. You click on another line, the last character of which is much more to the left than the conditional line. And in order not to lose the cursor, the editor will scroll the visibility area.
