How in postgressql will connect the database that I created in heroku?

I have a database on Heroku and I want all its data to be in my pgAdmin, is it possible to connect the database that I have on heroku to the pg_admin program that I have on my PC?

Find your PG's connection string in addons and use this data when connecting in pgAdmin.
