How in PhpStorm to make it so that when compiling a sass file, the generated css file is saved to a different folder in a different directory?

How in PhpStorm to make it so that when compiling a sass file, the generated css file is saved to a different folder in a different directory? They know what can be done through the settings in File Watchers, but I can’t pick up the parameters in any way.
