How in Gmail, when you press Delete, make sure that the letter is immediately deleted and the next incoming opens?

I noticed in the mail.ru mailbox that it is very convenient and quick to view and delete letters, just click delete and the new one from the inbox is immediately shown. How to do it in Gmail?
