How in Doctrine is it correct to use cascade deletion on a one-to-one basis?

For example, there may be some entity for the user. And she may not be. It can be removed. But when deleting an Account, it would be nice to delete this entity too. The main entity here is she. And the user is a slave. That is, these entities are selected by the list if they exist, and the user is attracted to them.
