How / how to level power surges in the apartment (speaker clicks due to the refrigerator)?
Good day!
Faced the following problem. Moved to a new apartment (Khrushchev early 80s). There is only one phase for the whole apartment, which is not surprising. The refrigerator creates interference that responds with clicks (periodically) in columns 2.1. During start-stop there is a very loud click, during operation, sometimes barely noticeable clicks also take place. The light blinked once (I live a week). He called an electrician, he twisted the wires, measured the voltage - 224 and showed it in the shield and in the sockets.
So, is there any way to fix this problem on my own? Without getting rid of the refrigerator, of course.
Ferrite ring on the wire of the refrigerator, pilots, UPS, stabilizers, surge protectors?
Thanks in advance for your help and advice!

And the lines would be divided into lighting, low load, heavy load, and even by room. The wires are old for sure, you need to look too, maybe somewhere else the contacts are bad. Yes, and thin wires can be, without taking into account modern consumption.
