How, having one monitor, display only a certain window?

Hello.
There is a computer on win10 to which the TV is connected, as well as a laptop from which the computer is controlled via radmin. Is it possible to make it so that only those windows that I specify are displayed on the TV?
Just such a scheme is needed - connecting a second monitor and a keyboard with a mouse to a computer will not work

For pulling out windows on a TV set - radmin
To work on the same computer from a laptop - rdp
and a patch for simultaneous work of several people

There are a lot of options for how rails work under nginx, most of them use some kind of external application server (unicorn, thin), and proxying requests to it with the proxy_pass directive.
You should probably just google rails + nginx and choose one of the many options that suits you.
