How good is the server?

Hello! Tell me, is it possible to calculate the load and approximately the required server?
The script runs on php, the average memory consumption per page load is 3mb. Attendance 5k people per day. There are 12 page views per user on average (you can add 10 more for Ajax requests).
And there is an option to take a server:
processor "Intel® Xeon® Processor L3426 (8M Cache, 1.86 GHz)"
RAM: 16GB
How good will it be for such a task? and how much it will differ from the server:
processor: Intel Atom N2800
RAM: 4GB

It's normal for such tasks, 16gb seems a bit much for 5k people, although it depends what kind of site you have there.
