How fast are transactions on upwork?

1. The question is, how long should it take for a transaction to move from the "Pending" state to the "Completed" state?
2. And a related question: Can the status of transactions affect the status of a job? That is, I completed the work, the client closed the work and sent me the money, they are in the "Pending" state. In the "My jobs" section, I don't have any active jobs right now, but when I look at my profile, in the "Work History and Feedback" block, I see this same job with the "Job in progress" status.

2. No. Sometimes you have to wait a while after closing for the feedback to show up on your profile. Or maybe the work is not closed, but just paid a milestone.

The profile is loaded from the cache, the cache is updated once a day
