If you have unix-based os, then you can use the output of the whois console command

How else to parse

Probably not, and that's good. This is how user information protection should work.
I doubt that you yourself would like that someone collects your data specified during the registration of the domain (s) for some kind of "small experiment".
What you consider available "in principle" is available for use on a case-by-case basis, for specific domains, not for mass collection.
