How easy is it to add products to a web page?

Hello. I am a beginner web developer. There is no experience in real projects, but then a task turned up under my strength.
A friend's mom has her own store no matter what. She asked me to make a small store website (but not an online store). Approximately 2 pages. One with a catalog of goods, the other with information about the store. There will be no individual product pages. Just on hover, a pop-up window with information will appear. The question is: how to make adding new products as simple as possible for a person who does not understand anything about it? (mother of a friend).
