The Yandex project manager answered in the Analytics group on Facebook:
"In Y.Metrica maps, clicks are tied to DOM elements on the page, and not to the entire page. If any button on a different resolution is in a different place, then the click will move after behind it.
If the size of the element has changed, then the click will be scaled in proportion to the changes."
