How does Yandex Crypto collect data?

Hello.
Not for the first week, the question has been tormenting - how Yandex "Crypta" ( habrahabr.ru/post/179993/) collects data, and that's why it haunts me (if I'm wrong at some point, correct me):
1. I have costs AdBlock, Disconnect and a ban on running plugins without permission (Java, Silverlight, Flash).
2. Cookies from other domains cannot be accessed from Javascript.
3. You can't access browser history from Javascript.
4. from paragraphs 2-3 => Yandex only has information about the opening time of the crypt, theoretically about the opening time of all other Yandex services (which I do not use) and, probably, about sites that have Yandex metrics.
It turns out that the analysis is carried out only on Russian sites with a metric? This, in principle, is similar to the truth, judging by the results - then you sit for a week and he says that you are a robot, then yesterday you cleared the history, and today you already see the statistics

@Otkrick

I. Metrika is also connected here. Let there be a lot of authorized (in Ya) users with javascript enabled (there will be a majority of them). All this set can be divided into groups (clustering) according to the nature of behavior (transitions, visits, time on the site). If you visit sites with a connected Ya-script, then Ya can quite accurately attribute you to one group or another. No magic, cookies are not really needed, AdBlock does not block JavaScript, and part of the history can be learned from the outside.

And for those sites where there is no metric, there is a common practice of exchanging / selling data between big players.

They use tns-counter.ru/ (look at queries, for example, while searching in Yandex)
