How does VK save cookies?

When I clean my local storage from cookies and sessions, VK continues to understand that I am exactly the user that he needs, he is able to recognize me without cookies and without sessions, the question is, how is this implemented from the point of view of the service? (I completely delete all the information that I have on the VK website, no need to write that this is not so)
