How does the site customer understand that the site is made on a cool framework, and not on a crappy CMS?

It is often said that reputable web studios make websites on frameworks like Laravel, YII. And snotty freelancers on conditional Joomla. I understand the difference between a frame and a free CMS. And how does the customer know that a site on a frame is better than a site on a crappy CMS? I suspect the average customer and does not know words like framework or CMS. I'm just very interested, the customer is looking at the portfolio of two web studios. The design is equally liked by one and the other studio, but the cost is 30,000 rubles in one, and 100,000 rubles in another. One studio for 30,000 rubles made a site on wordpress, and the other for 100,000 on YII2. The question is for what motives, the customer will order a site for 100,000 rubles? After all, most often, the customer has no idea what a CMS is and what a framework is.

The previous answer seemed to me completely off topic, so I will answer too.
You have a slightly off topic question. You are trying to ask something like: why should I cut a site on yii for 100k if I can give it to freelancers for 30k and put 70k in my pocket?
The answer is simple: if you offer two options to a person: a framework or, conditionally, WordPress and a person chooses a framework, there is a reason for this. A site on a framework will most likely be maintained and developed either by you or without your participation.
If we are talking about some simple site with 5 pages, then a person will choose WordPress, then go to the admin panel and understand that this is WordPress.
If a person needs a serious project that will take months to finish, believe me, he knows how to distinguish a spoon from an ax, and he knows why he uses an ax and not a spoon.
Pay attention to the answer Maxim Fedorov , which was given to you in the comments, about this is what we are talking about. The point is not how much and for what you will be paid, but that a person knows what tasks the project should perform and makes a choice in favor of one or another tool.
