How does the Malware script get into the content of the WordPress site - where is the hole?

I clean the content of the next WordPress site from a malware script (mostly fits into the posts table):

WordPress was version 5.3.2
I did not find any changes in the WordPress files, plugins and themes or the appearance of any new suspicious files.
I scanned with different scanners, including the popular Wordfence Security - everything is clean!

Suspicion of old not updated plugins:

all the others were more or less recent

I could think of a vulnerability in the theme - but with similar problems I've been flying for the last month probably the 7th-8th site - everyone has different themes, a different set of plugins.

Do you only suspect an outdated version of WordPress?

ps: I can't find anything useful about this malware script on the Internet, there is no information anywhere about how it is usually exploited in WordPress content...
