On Lumia I saw the "live photo" program. Which from a short video of 5 seconds, makes an animated gif.
How the algorithm of this program works. If anyone knows please share the information.
PS Catch blocks that change from frame to frame. And here's how to calculate the background image.

I would just take frames every 0.2 seconds, for example, and glue them into a gif.
