I'm interested in the following question - I'm getting a job as a Front-end developer (Junior) at a rate of $ 300-400
, for example, in Kiev. And, how long do I have to wait for the next increase, promotion, how will this happen and what does it depend on? Existing diagrams do not give complete answer to this question.

2) You will come up and say that they began to do this and this, and that, but they began to do what they used to do better.
3) Depends on you and the quality of your work.
I went from 400 bucks to 6000 bucks in about 6 years, it could have been faster, but one intermediate job held me up for a long time, because it was damn interesting.

It will grow very slowly if you constantly think about it. Most likely, you started doing this because you read somewhere that developers make good money. Think about improving your professional skills rather than about money.
