For everything else, we take paper, a pen, an oscilloscope - we measure, draw a circuit and signals.
The option is to find a ready-made circuit, but it is unlikely, so copy it, at the same time write the firmware and put everything in public :)

The value of these devices is not in the hardware, but in the firmware, the circuit and hardware are primitive without frills.
