I thought that telegram in each new chat starts counting id sms from 0, or 1, in general, at first, but according to the results of the tests, I realized that it seems like in every new dialogue, even the message sent by the bot becomes 1 more than in some other dialog, and then it turns out I don’t understand the system, because the tutorial says that in each dialog, identifiers are unique
