How does such taxation work (when you do not live in the country)?

Consider the situation. You live in some country where cryptocurrencies are legal. You live like a tourist, you travel the world, you live in one place, then in another. You are a citizen of the Russian Federation. You don’t take jobs, you trade crypto, you don’t offer services to anyone, you don’t have employees, you don’t rent offices, you don’t take up space, etc. (if you rent an apartment while traveling, then tax is also paid with this money). Who needs to pay taxes? In mother rf? For what? If you do not use medicine, because in general, you haven’t been in the Russian Federation for years, you supply your relatives / pensioners yourself (if they exist at all), you don’t use the roads of the Russian Federation (well, it’s not virtual to visit these roads in a dream). How is taxation going in this case and to whom?
Just in my understanding, if you pay for something, then you pay for something. For some kind of service, to pay for something simply for nothing - this is strange. I wonder, in this case, what do you pay for and what do you get for this fee?

No one cares what you personally think about tax laws. And even more so the tax of all countries. Despite the fact that in most countries, violations in this area are extremely easy to become criminal.
As you have already been told - there is the concept of a tax resident - a resident of which country you are there and pay, according to local laws.
Another question is if you "are not a tax resident of any country" - then this is your next personal opinion until the tax authorities say the same. there are precedents when the tax authorities of our country simply looked at registration and since a person was all the while "on vacation in warm countries" remained registered at the place of registration - took the position "well, it means our resident and must pay from all income."
Regarding the tourist status - in some countries, being there as a tourist and receiving income at the same time, you are already violating migration laws. In others - do not violate if the income is outside the country.
There is another side to the issue - citizens of the Russian Federation are required to report all foreign accounts and also receive any funds in the first place to accounts in the Russian Federation. There were scandals and they seemed to make some concessions for those who are residents of another country, but I did not go into details. In any case, this does not apply to you as a tourist - according to the law, all your funds must be either in Russia or on the accounts you told about. As soon as you have cashed out your crypto in any form, this is also considered.
In general, this is a large and poorly regulated field with a bunch of different situations and laws, and now you can be homeless in other countries in the status of a tourist simply because, by and large, no one cares about you. In fact, there will always be a bunch of laws from several countries at once that you are violating or government agencies think that you are violating.
as a result, you can be sure - if you go into the official field and represent something financially, there will always be someone who will want taxes from you. regardless of how and where you move and what you yourself think about it.

Taxes are paid where the beneficiary is located. Accordingly, the issue depends on the laws of the country where you are a tax resident.

Article 11 of the Tax Code of Russia defines that a tax resident of the Russian Federation is an individual who complies with all the requirements of the tax legislation of our country. The tax residents include the following categories of taxpayers:
And keep in mind that it is impossible to legalize income for 6% of their amount, except for Russia, nowhere (registration as a self-employed person through the application with a TIN), at least in the countries I know.
