How does SmmBox get access to work with the wall without being a Standalone application?

How can the SmmBox application, being an application of the "site" type on the VK API, work with the wall (sites are not allowed to work with the wall, only Standalone applications)? Here is more details

The fact is that the administration of VKontakte may consider the possibility of granting some rights on an individual basis.
When I needed to get permissions to the wall.post method from the server, their response was:
"We only grant access to using wall.post from the server to specific applications.
To consider this possibility for your application, please describe it in as much detail as possible."
"The fact is that such rights cannot be obtained for only one community - they are provided only for specialized auto-posting services (where anyone can connect their community)."
Actually, SmmBox is such a service.

This method can be called with a user access key obtained in the Standalone application via Implicit Flow, or using the confirmation window . Permissions required: wall.
