How does SEO affect VUE.js app?

Good afternoon everyone, I am developing CRM for e-commerce projects and I want to make CRM a single place for data output. I plan to develop an API and use it to display data on the frontend, that is, VUE. Is it good for SEO, advertising if the frontend is on VUE?

Do a front on something with ssr like nuxt or quasar ssr mode. In general, CRM does not involve the use of unauthorized / casual users, so why is there SEO at all?
Or are we talking about promo pages and landing pages?

Google has long understood everything perfectly, the question is whether it will show you on the main page? And for this, I suggest that you familiarize yourself with literally googling it on the Internet, and not on a toaster.
