How does Queue after work in Laravel 5?

Hello everyone, does anyone know how Queue::after works in AppServiceProvider?
The documentation is not very detailed.
If I enqueue a task with Mail::later() and it works and is listened to (executed) in the jobs table. Can I catch the task end event? And how to do it?
