How does multitasking work in Windows phone 8.1?

, pliz, how are things with multitasking on the latest winphones? Most of all I'm interested in how Skype works, whether it instantly receives messages if the screen is off on the phone or if I'm in other applications. If you can describe in comparison with android or ayos, it will be absolutely super.

hmm. multitasking is a tricky thing. I easily switch between messengers. pushes for them definitely come through one server. for all! Skype plows well lately.

Skype works equally poorly on all mobiles, the keyword is the same.

Grandfather is doing fine, I answer as a user of Lumiya 1520. As for Skype XZ, I didn’t check it, but recently very good updates came out, it should work like that.
