How does multicast work in TP-Link firmware?
There are two routers: TL-WR741ND and TL-WR841ND. On both "out of the box" IPTV / Multicast works fine. So great that it got me thinking. There is no hint of an IGMP proxy in the list of processes. In iptables, traffic is allowed on 224.0.0.0/4, but even if this rule is removed, devices will be able to subscribe to multicast.
Output from ps/lsmod/iptables: pastebin.com/ndibZb2t
If necessary, I can upload the entire contents of the router's memory.

multicast on selected ports? Or just to the internal network?
judging by the fact that there is br0 there, then there is a banal bridge between wan and some lan ports, which in this case are isolated from the rest and, accordingly, no igmpproxy is required in principle
