How does KeePassX match an input form with a matching database entry?

I started to master KeePassX and ran into a behavior that was incomprehensible to me. Most of all, the ability to autocomplete input fields conquered the lists of features, but on the basis of what does the program choose the appropriate login-password pair? Of course, you can set the selection by the title of the window, which is reasonable for desktop software, but then why is the URL field for entries introduced? Now, without prescribed window titles, auto-folding works only on rutracker.org and then in some mysterious way for me from 3 sites in the database.

There were also rumors about the feature of auto-changing passwords by time, I did not find one. And it's hard to believe it.

@CyMpak

The problem was solved. There seems to be a bug in KeePassX 0.4.3: if you enter period or backtick signs in the Title field of an entry, then this particular entry will not work on ubuntu 10.04.1 x64.
