How does Google Play and other stores deal with plagiarism and the use of other people's content?

The questions are simple, but I think they are very important, I personally have not come across this yet:
1. How does the play look at the games of clones of popular games such as Tetris, various puzzles, sudoki, crossword puzzles? (Of course with its own graphics, but the very basis is the same)
2. How the play looks at the use of music in games
2.1. Modern music, because of which YouTube videos are banned for copyright infringement? (I believe that it is negative)
2.2. Modern music but backing tracks?
2.3. classical music?
2.4. Music from past games?
3. Games of exact copies of others and even graphics but as an integral part of a set of games? (that is, the game itself is a collection of other games)
4. Do you use any popular mascots?

In general, how to make a game so that it is not banned for copyright infringement?

1. It looks normal, but for example, you cannot use the name Tetris - this is a registered name, but please name the block puzzle and release it. Sudoku, for example, is not a registered trademark, so you can use it in the name.
2. Music is strictly only that which you have the right to use. Otherwise, you can not only lose the application, but also get a court summons.
Points 3 and 4 - like 2, there are rights - you can safely use them, there are no rights - refrain.
