This is not Google, everything is marked up there through https://schema.org
All semantic elements of the response have the corresponding types, which Google reacts to.
For example, the response itself is wrapped in a div with the following attributes:

itemprop="acceptedAnswer" itemscope="" itemtype="https://schema.org/Answer"
